Pizza base:
- 1 cup maida
- 1/4 spoon salt
- Pinch of baking soda
- 1 table spoon baking powder
- 1 spoon sugar
Mix all these 5 ingredients and then firstly add two spoons of curd knead it while kneading keep adding curd according to the dough keep it in a bowl n cover it
For cooking pizza:
Take a kadaai...put some salt almost 1/4 full and then place a lid and on the flame after 10minz place a small katori (small bowl) on the salt n then place the pizza plate
Garnishing pizza
- Take the dough more than what we take for a poori.... make a round chapathi...fry it on a dry pan.. only for 2 to 3 minutes till u see bubbles on the chapathi.
- Take plate which can sit inside the kadai... put some butter on the plate rub it all over the plate...
- Take the other part of dough...press it like a thick chapathi almost the size of the plate...place the dough chapathi on the butter plate.. make holes on the dough so that the dough cooks properly.... spread cheese on the thick chapathi.. n then add the other cooked chapathi on top of it n cover the spreaded cheese by folding upwards to the cooked chapathi...again make few holes on the cooked chapathi also... add pizza sauce then veggies bell peppers, broccoli, paneer, chicken , onions, n then add cheese on top of it... the outer part of the pizza that is the crust on the sides should be brushed with butter....
- Take the pizza plate...place it in the kadai...on the small bowl n then cover it with lid
